Nothing in these Terms or policies is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

1. Our Intellectual Property

The following material, where owned or controlled by Trinetra 3D Creations, is protected under applicable Indian law (including the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Designs Act, 2000, where applicable):

• Original CAD files, 3D models and digital sculptures created by us.
• Original product designs, renders and prototypes.
• Original photographs of our work.
• Website content, graphics, catalogue layouts and written descriptions.
• The Trinetra 3D Creations brand, wordmark and logo.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, commercial manufacture, redistribution, resale, uploading or sharing of digital files, reverse engineering, unauthorised 3D scanning, or creation of unauthorised commercial derivatives of our owned material is not permitted.

2. Third-Party Intellectual Property

Some products may involve third-party intellectual property, such as fictional characters, logos, trademarks, religious imagery, artwork, mascots, branded designs or customer-provided designs. Ownership of such third-party rights remains with the respective rights holder unless otherwise legally established. Production of items that involve third-party IP may depend on you having appropriate rights or permissions. We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

3. Customer-Provided Content

Where you provide photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, CAD files, references, drawings or designs to us, you confirm and warrant that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide such material for the requested work. You agree to indemnify us against reasonable third-party claims arising specifically from unauthorised material you have supplied. We reserve the right to refuse requests that reasonably appear to involve unlawful infringement.

4. Purchase of a Physical Product Does Not Transfer Digital Rights

Purchase of a physical 3D-printed product from Trinetra 3D Creations does not automatically transfer ownership of the underlying CAD files, digital models, source files, our owned artwork, our photography, our website content or any other of our intellectual property, unless expressly agreed in writing.

5. Customer-Commissioned Designs

Ownership and licensing of a design created specifically for a customer's commission will depend on the agreement between the parties and applicable intellectual-property law. Where no separate written transfer or licence exists, the parties retain their respective rights as legally applicable. Please contact us if you wish to discuss a rights-transfer or licence for a specific project.

6. Photography & Portfolio Use

We may photograph completed products for our portfolio, website, catalogue, social media or marketing. We will not, without appropriate consent, publish identifiable customer photographs, private personal information or sensitive material. If you would prefer that specific private material (such as a personalised item featuring a private photograph or name) not be publicly used, please let us know and we will respect that request.

7. Reporting an Infringement

If you believe that content on our website or a product offered by us infringes your intellectual-property rights, please contact us with sufficient details to identify the material and the alleged infringement. We will review the matter in good faith and take appropriate steps.
