These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Trinetra 3D Creations website (https://trinetra3d.com) and the products and services offered through it. By using the website, placing an order, or engaging with our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent applicable.

Nothing in these Terms or policies is intended to exclude, restrict, or override any consumer right, remedy, or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.

2. Products & Services

We offer a range of products including ready-made / standard designs, made-to-order items, custom-designed pieces, personalised figurines and customer-specific models. Custom production may involve design work, 3D modelling, prototyping, printing, post-processing, priming, painting and packaging.

3. Orders & Acceptance

• An order or enquiry submitted on the website constitutes an offer, subject to acceptance by us.
• We may confirm or decline an order at our discretion, including where we are unable to fulfil it or where the request appears to involve unlawful or infringing content.
• Details discussed and confirmed on WhatsApp or email form part of the specifications for a custom order.

4. Pricing & Quotations

• Standard products may carry listed prices. Custom products typically require a quotation.
• Custom pricing depends on size, complexity, modelling effort, material, finishing, quantity, packaging and other production requirements.
• Quotations may have validity periods and may be revised if specifications change.
• Taxes and shipping charges are disclosed where applicable at the time of order confirmation.

5. Payment Terms

Where applicable to custom orders, we typically operate on a 50% advance before production and 50% balance before dispatch. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store payment card credentials on our systems.

6. Prototype / Design Approval

Where we share a prototype, render, preview, dimensions or design proof, please carefully verify likeness, dimensions, proportions, text, logos, colours, accessories, pose, design elements, spelling, placement and other requested details. Once approved, production may proceed based on the approved version. Approval does not remove your rights regarding genuine manufacturing defects, materially incorrect fulfilment, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Dimension & Appearance Variations

3D printing and hand-finishing may involve minor variations arising from printing technology, layer lines, material behaviour, post-processing, primer, hand painting and differences in lighting or screen display. This clause does not excuse major defects, materially incorrect products, deliberate misrepresentation, or significant deviation from an approved specification.

11. Customer-Provided Content

Where you provide photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, CAD files, references, drawings or designs, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to provide such material for the requested work. We may decline requests that reasonably appear to involve unlawful infringement.

12. Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers advertised on the website (including free shipping thresholds, assured gifts, referral rewards and starting-from pricing for custom products) may be subject to eligibility conditions, design feasibility and production limitations. Offers may not be combined unless expressly stated and may be modified or withdrawn prospectively where legally permissible. Already-confirmed orders will be handled according to the terms applicable at the time of confirmation.

13. Website Use

• Please use the website lawfully and in good faith.
• Do not attempt to compromise, disrupt or reverse-engineer the website or its systems.
• Do not scrape protected content, abuse forms, impersonate the business or submit fraudulent orders.
• Unauthorised copying or redistribution of Trinetra-owned content is not permitted.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, from misuse of a product, or from incorrect information provided by the customer. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

15. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government restrictions, major infrastructure failures, courier disruptions or widespread technical outages.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the applicable law and any consumer rights that cannot be excluded, disputes may be referred to the courts having jurisdiction at Kolkata. Nothing in this clause is intended to prevent a consumer from using legally available consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms.
